1. Digital Services and SaaS Products

Due to the nature of our work, which involves digital deliverables and customized IT solutions, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been initiated, delivered, or accessed.

However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been initiated or started

  • A technical issue or error from our side prevents delivery of the agreed scope

  • The client submits a valid cancellation request within 48 hours of payment and before project execution

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, please contact us at support@anami.live within 48 hours of payment. All eligible cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Returns Applicable

As we do not sell any physical goods, returns are not applicable under this policy.
